Peak Surgical Center Outpatient Pain and Orthopedic Procedures
Peak Surgical Center (PEAK) specializes in same-day surgical procedures that allow patients to recover at home instead of overnight in a hospital. Our practice has provided quality surgical care to thousands of patients in the Metro Denver area since 2006.
Designed exclusively for outpatient surgery, we are a state-of-the-art facility that uses the most modern surgical equipment available today. Our staff includes board certified surgeons and anesthesiologists, registered nurses and surgical technicians, professionally trained in surgical and recovery care.
All of us at PEAK are committed to providing you the highest level of quality care.
Before Surgery
The day of surgery can be a seamless experience where you can walk in, check-in and be ready for your procedure rather than having to complete pages of paperwork.
Our online registration, through One Medical Passport, is designed to be quick and easy. We recommend that you create your medical passport (by clicking on the button below) as soon as your surgery has been scheduled so that the nursing staff will be better able to prepare for your procedure.
Completing your medical passport online will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Make sure to have the following information available before starting:
- Health insurance information
- Name, address and phone number of your primary care physician
- List of all current medications including their dosage and frequency
- List of prior surgical procedures and the approximate dates

Why Choose Our Surgery Center?
Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) are able to provide high quality surgery at a cost point that is lower than most hospitals. According to US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) data, patients who have surgery in an ASC pay an average of 46% less than patients having the same outpatient procedure in a hospital.
The HHS survey data also reports the quality of care provided in a surgery center is equal to or better than comparable care provided in a hospital because of the infrequency of complications and infections.
PEAK takes efficiencies and quality of care one step further as our facility is solely focused on and designed specifically for our practice’s patients and procedures. This singular focus allows us to drive lower costs to our patients while maintaining an even higher level of care.
